Out-of-hours care and what to do in an emergency

We understand that bringing your pets to a different clinic out of hours can add additional stress to a generally already stressful situation. This is why we want to provide our own out-of-hours care for our patients.

While we don’t have a dedicated person staying in the building overnight we will be available by phone to answer your concerns and see your pet if we both think it is necessary. This means that your pets are in a familiar environment with a vet they know and we have full access to your pet’s clinical history.
